Retro Portable Bluetooth Speaker

Retro Portable Bluetooth Speaker review

Not everything in our LoongBuy spreadsheet is clothing. This retro portable speaker borrows its look from classic guitar amplifiers: a textured rubber body, a steel mesh grille and a white script logo across the front. It is small enough for a backpack, but it fills a room or a picnic spot with surprisingly warm sound.

The listing comes in black-and-gold, platinum and black-and-white finishes for about US$52. Electronics need a little more care when you buy through a LoongBuy link: always ask for a function test video, and choose a shipping line that accepts items with built-in batteries. We explain both steps in our shipping guide.

QC checklist: what to check in the warehouse photos

When your item arrives at the warehouse you will receive QC photos. Use this checklist before you approve it:

1. Request a test video: Bluetooth pairing, playback and volume control
2. Grille: no dents, even mesh
3. Logo print: crisp script with no smudges
4. Charging port and cable included
5. Check the plug or cable type for your country

Shipping notes

The speaker weighs about 0.7–0.9 kg packed. Because it has a lithium battery, choose a battery-friendly line. Some lines will reject the parcel, so confirm with the agent before you submit.
