LoongBuy Link Guide: How to Order Step by Step
Everything a beginner needs to know about using a LoongBuy link: what it is, how to place an order, what fees to expect, how to read QC photos and how to choose the right shipping line.
What is a LoongBuy link?
A LoongBuy link is a direct product link. When you click it, you land on the product page for that exact item, where you can pick a size and colour and add it to your cart. It replaces the old process of copying a Taobao or Weidian URL, pasting it into an agent search bar and hoping the right product appears.
In our LoongBuy spreadsheet, every product has an orange LoongBuy link button. The link points to a store page with the full option list and price, so you always see the current price before you pay.
How to order with a LoongBuy link – 7 steps
1. Create your account
Register with your email address and set your delivery country and currency. This makes sure prices and shipping estimates are shown correctly.
2. Choose products from the spreadsheet
Browse the LoongBuy spreadsheet and open the product reviews you are interested in. Write down the option name or number you want, because many listings contain dozens of colours or designs.
3. Click the LoongBuy link and select options
The link opens the product page. Choose your colour and size, set the quantity and add the item to your cart. If there is a remarks field, you can leave a short note, for example "please check the left shoe stitching".
4. Pay for the items
At checkout you pay for the items and, usually, domestic delivery to the warehouse in China. International shipping is paid later, once all your items have arrived and been weighed.
5. Wait for warehouse arrival
Sellers usually ship within 1–3 days and domestic delivery takes 1–3 more days. You will see the status change to "in warehouse" when your item arrives.
6. Check your QC photos
The warehouse photographs each item. Compare the photos with the QC checklist in our product review. If you are happy, approve the item. If not, ask for an exchange or a return to the seller.
7. Submit your parcel
Select all the items you want to ship together, choose packaging options, pick a shipping line and pay the international shipping. You receive a tracking number when the parcel leaves China.
Fees explained
Reverse purchasing is cheap, but it is important to understand every cost before you order. A typical order has four parts:
| Cost | What it is | Typical amount |
|---|---|---|
| Item price | The price set by the seller, shown in the LoongBuy spreadsheet | US$14–97 for our picks |
| Domestic shipping | Delivery from the seller to the warehouse in China | Often free, otherwise about US$1–3 |
| Service fee | The agent's fee for buying and handling, if charged | Varies by agent and promotion |
| International shipping | Delivery from China to your door, based on weight and size | Depends on country, line and weight |
Example haul: one pair of white court sneakers (US$17), one "1977" hoodie (US$20), one graphic tee (US$14) and one cap (US$22) comes to US$73 in items. The parcel weighs roughly 2–2.5 kg without the shoebox, so shipping is the second-largest cost. That is why we recommend combining several items in one parcel instead of shipping each item separately.
How to read QC photos
QC (quality control) photos are your chance to inspect the product before it leaves China. Take your time and check these points:
- Correct item: colour, design, size label and option match what you ordered.
- Construction: straight stitching, no loose threads, no glue stains, no holes.
- Details: logos, prints and embroidery are sharp and placed correctly.
- Symmetry: for shoes, both shoes look the same from the side and from above.
- Function: for electronics and watches, ask for a short test video.
If something is wrong, you can usually request an exchange or a return to the seller while the item is still in the warehouse. Returns after international shipping are much more difficult, so this step matters.
Choosing a shipping line
Agents offer many shipping lines. Economy lines are cheaper but slower; express couriers are faster but cost more. Some lines are better for certain countries or for certain products. Items with batteries, such as speakers and watches, can only be sent on lines that accept batteries. Liquids, powders and some branded items may be restricted on certain lines.
Weight and volume tips
Shipping is calculated by actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is higher. Bulky, light items such as jackets and shoeboxes can cost more than you expect. To save money:
- Ask the agent to remove shoeboxes if you do not need them.
- Request vacuum packing for hoodies, jackets and tracksuits.
- Combine items into one parcel instead of several small ones.
- Use the agent's free storage period to wait until all items arrive.
