What is LoongBuy?
LoongBuy is a shopping agent (also called a reverse purchasing or proxy buying service). You send the agent a product link from a Chinese marketplace such as Taobao, Weidian or 1688. The agent buys the item for you, receives it at its warehouse in China, takes quality-check photos and then ships everything to your country in one international parcel.
What is the difference between a LoongBuy spreadsheet and a LoongBuy link?
The spreadsheet is the list of curated products. The LoongBuy link is the button on each product that opens the item so you can order it.
Is it LoongBuy or Loonbuy?
The correct spelling is LoongBuy (with a double o and a g). Many people search for "loonbuy spreadsheet" or "loonbuy link"; those searches refer to the same LoongBuy spreadsheet and LoongBuy links covered on this site.
Is this the official LoongBuy website?
No. This is an independent guide and spreadsheet. We are not operated by or affiliated with the official LoongBuy service.
Ordering
How do I pick the right size?
Read the sizing section in our product review and compare the seller chart in centimetres with a garment or shoe you already own. This is far more reliable than letter sizes.
Can I buy several colours of the same item?
Yes. Add each option to your cart separately. Buying several items from the same seller often saves on domestic shipping.
How long do items stay in the warehouse?
Most agents offer a free storage period, often several weeks to a few months. Check the current policy before you order.
Shipping & customs
Will I pay customs or import tax?
It depends on your country and the declared value of your parcel. Many countries have a tax-free threshold for low-value parcels, but rules change. Check your national customs website before you ship.
Which shipping line is the cheapest?
Economy lines are usually cheapest for parcels over 2 kg. Express lines cost more but arrive faster. The agent shows a price estimate for each line once your parcel is weighed.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes. You receive a tracking number once the parcel leaves the warehouse.
Returns & quality
Can I return an item?
Returns are easiest while the item is still in the warehouse in China. Once it has shipped internationally, returns are usually not possible or are very expensive.
What if my QC photos show a problem?
Ask the agent for an exchange or a return to the seller. Be specific about the problem, for example "glue stain on the left midsole".
Are product photos in the spreadsheet the real items?
They are seller and listing photos. Your QC photos from the warehouse show the actual item you will receive.
